Attending to Repair a leak and Attending to Find a Leak is Priced Differently.
If the Leak is visible and pictures and videos can be sent to the Engineer then we can give you a Fixed Price on repair, however if you require us to find the Leak it will be £80 Plus VAT for the first hour and £40 Plus VAT every half Hour
No Heating or Hot Water
They will be a £80 plus Vat call out charge to attend and diagnose the Fault , However the engineer will give you a Clear Price on repair and if you choose to go ahead with the quote , the call out fee will be written off , the call out fee is to avoid attending to time wasters seeking free diagnosis.
Boiler Service
Boiler Service is £80 Plus Vat parts not included
Blockage
To Clear Blockages it £80 Plus Vat for the First Hour and £40 Plus Vat every half hour
Boiler installation
Every installation is unique and will be difficult to quote without pictures or videos
Certificate
Gas Certificate. £70 Plus VAT
Gas and Electrical £250 Plus VAT
